The Location

Andavadoaka is a small fishing village located on the southwest coast of Madagascar in the Morombe District, 45 km south of the town of Morombe.

The village lies on the edge of a shallow lagoon protected from the open ocean by a series of fringing and submerged barrier reefs that support substantial coral growth.

The reefs around Andavadoaka represent some of the most well- developed coral reef systems in the Indian Ocean.

Olo Be Lodge is situated 170 kilometers from Tulear and 40 kilometers from Moromb. This unique location offers a majestic, intimate and secluded escape for guests.

Olô Bé Lodge is equipped with spacious private terraces overlooking the lagoon, and magical sunsets over the ocean.

The Cuisine

Creating a theatre of experience, our kitchen is open plan, offering a full view of our inventive chefs preparing authentic Madagascan cuisine.

The daily menus are imaginative, and a true reflection of the culinary traditions of Madagascar. Fresh seafood is purchased every morning from local fishermen, for our guest to enjoy the true Madagascar experience. Enjoying an aperitif or an excellent Madagascan Rum as you watch the sun set over the lagoon, is highly recommended.
